Step 1: The Estimate
The first step in the repair process of
your vehicle is receiving an estimate for the damages. When you first arrive at
ABC&G, (and yes, you can call in advance) simply tell the Receptionist that you need
an estimate. An experienced Customer Service Manager will first look at the damages.
Within a few minutes, he/she will give you an estimate of what the repairs will
cost.
At this point, you may decide to go ahead
and schedule your vehicle for repair, or, you may want to take some time to think about
it!
